Blushing Angelfish are a captivating variety of the classic freshwater Angelfish, distinguished by their translucent body and the characteristic rosy-pink "blush" visible through their gill plates. Graceful and elegant, they make a stunning centrepiece in any planted or community aquarium.

Available size: 3–4cm juveniles

Care Requirements

• Tank size: Minimum 120L — tall tanks preferred to accommodate their fin height
• Water temperature: 24–28°C (tropical)
• pH: 6.0–7.5 (soft, slightly acidic water preferred)
• Diet: Omnivore — flake food, cichlid pellets, frozen bloodworm, brine shrimp
• Compatibility: Peaceful with similarly sized fish — avoid very small fish and fin nippers
• Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate
